What we expect from YOU:

  • You will be the main point of contact to clients and responsible for implementing and coordinating their Inbound and Outbound marketing services.
  • You will work independently as a leader while you develop, execute, and constantly adjust the marketing plan for each client.
  • Every week, you will look at our accounts and ask the question, "What can we do to create more leads for this client?" And then come up with solid ideas and a plan.
  • You are (or will become) an expert at the marketing, lead generation, and sales applications of tools such as HubSpot, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and various other social media platforms to help clients expand their reach in social media and build a loyal following of advocates, influencers, and high-probability prospects.
  • You will deliver successful results and track/report those on a regular basis. (We use Basecamp, email, and conference calls for group collaboration and reporting internally and with clients)
  • You will manage any outsourced client services that may include graphic design, audio/video editing, ghost-blogging, SEO, and social media monitoring, promotion and responses.
  • For each client, you will create and manage monthly calendars for marketing activities including blog topics, press releases, email marketing, promotions and webinars.
  • You will manage day-to-day team and client communications through email, phone, IM, conference calls and presentations.
  • You will deploy your organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources
  •  You will be responsible for client relationships and client happiness. [We are FANATICS about client happiness. Big time!!]
